I agree with your comments..I will soon do the job of briefing this lengthy article to manageable limits (for the purpose of easy comprehension and study)..give me time of a fortnight for that..because immediately, doing that briefing would look like redundancy for many readers..

My humble request to him will be to rewrite the whole thing as 5 or 6 essays by subdividing the topic into digestible parts.
More importantly, the article suffers from the common defect found in all polemical writings, namely, too many generalizations. Please give historical examples at each instance so that the reader can follow the logic.
The attention span of the modern Telugu reader (particularly while browsing the Net) is very short. It is not therefore surprising that this important article has not elicited any response so far.
I consider this article very important since it addresses the failure of socialist and centralized planning and the problems that have evolved right up to the Internet Age.
