Mr Raghu wht is this Telangana land and air. Is telanagana not in AP? Is AP not urs? U rn't even patriotic to then state u r in.... Why r u dividing and talking abt Andhra and Rayalseema when all 3 regions r in AP? Telangana separatism is the only dirty and strategic tricks played by the politicians, can't they wht they want to do or develop now than to wait for separate state. Can u show statistics of the Divided states development after separation?

Mr.Thummalpalli, I coudn't stop appreciating you on this article. You did a good job. Many of so called andhrites(kullipoina minds) have commented on the word, Gelushtdi. Yes it makes more sense to use it and we are proud of it. Andhrites, do you think all telugu you speak is genuine. No. Many of your words are even horrible to listen. Much of your telugu is corrupted with tamil on south, oriya on north and by kannad in rayalasima. Go to hell with your telugu semantics. First of all, we telangites first and next telugu speaking, We don't care about it comparing yours. We just love it as much as we love our telangana land and air. For decades, telangana was neglected and systamatically destroyed by andhra rulers. It is true that some of telangana leaders in the past have also not done anything to telangana. Take example of PVNarasimhaRao. That is because they considered regional unity as the most important. It is high time that we need to have a seperate state for telangana people. Thummalapalli gaaru keep up your good work. we are with you.

Yes, may be reporter is not educated? as you said, it would have been better, if said “gelusthundi”. This clearly shows, you don’t know anything telangana, pls remember British also doing good before independence the rail system or some divide and rule policy still we follow. If I have to understand your point, I have to go back to 19th century. You know, where you are now?

Karimnagar Results: 4 Lakh people for Telangana Sentiment vs 8 Lakh People for NonTelangana Sentiment I saw Karimnagar results and I also saw some conclusions drawn by media and prominent leaders on the same. Most of them expressed that the results and majority by TRS indicate a mood for Separate Telangana State. Analyzing results I do not see where there is a clear verdict for such devisive and selfish agenda. On the surface the statistics seem compelling. But as you dig deeper the claim for separate Telangana state based on election results in one constituency is unconvincing for various reasons. Firstly the applicability of democratic election results for any geographic separation is meaning less. One has to understand that the democratic elections are there to elect leaders and governments and not to conduct plebiscites on geographic boundaries. It doesn't fully represent the agreement from other parts of the region. Such a decision making can not be done unilaterally through a ballot. If we apply the same concept we immediately see several countries thrown out of the concept called India. The very purpose of these elections is to elect leaders not to select geographies for some selfish reasons. Secondly application of small sample of voters to a wide variety of voters. Here 4500(see the calculation below) people are prescribing the direction for nearly three crores of people in fact affecting the other seven crores. Karimnagar voter is not representative of three crores people of Telangana. They also don't understand how the people of other regions feel about the idea of separation. All these issues are not properly discussed among the people of Andhra Pradesh and thus can not provide right contrast for drawing any conclusions. More over the voter base in Karimnagar is biased towards its prominent leader emerging from historically dominating community in that region. Given his resignation drama there is a great deal of sympathy. Thirdly can someone analyze the results little more carefully than just considering the majority of TRS candidate over relatively unfamiliar candidates. Let us analyze the numbers in terms of devisive agenda vs. non-divisive agenda. If we categorize TRS and BJP as parties with divisive agendas vs. Congress,TDP,Independents,Novotes as non-divisive agenda then we are comparing apples to apples. So here are the numbers 394758 voters who favor non-divisive agenda vs. 399174 who voted for divisive agenda. That is about 4500 votes difference. Now let us take the people who did not vote in this election. That is about 35% voters equaling to 4,28,000 who did not vote or dont have motivation to vote for this cause. Having said that, common sense derives the ratio of people for devisive agenda vs. people for non-devisive agenda: 400000 people to 800000 people(1:2). One person out of three wants to separate the state and two out of three people don’t care about the concept of separate Telangana in the Karimnagar alone. Finally, the separate Telangana movement won't benefit the downtrodden and backward communities of the region but establish the social order that existed in medieval times. People suffered then and they will now. We need enrichment of the backward and oppressed population but not establish communal domination that existed in 13th/14th century. Now its clear that the state politics is dominated by few communities which is nothing different from what it was few centuries ago. If there is something worthy of a revolution then it is the political awareness among weaker sections not geographical separation. Moreover, separating the state now after 60 long years, given that the state invested heavily in the development of Hyderabad at the cost of other cities in Andhra and Rayalaseema, is like stealing the fruits built together for about 60 years by people from all regions. If they take Hyderabad away from Andhra and Rayalaseema that means TRS is stealing it from others with these political games. Looking at the map combing parts of Nalgonda and East Hyderabad with Andhra seems a middle and acceptable ground. Any peaceful separation is an alternative step but won’t benefit the state. Any hasty decision along the lines of separation will only hurt the development of the state as it is now. If this unimaginable mistake happens or the uncertainty extends, then I wish good luck to people who speak Telugu. Telugu people will loose loose their edge over Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Gujarath, in attracting foreign and domestic investments. Because money doesn’t like uncertainty.

JAI TELNGANA, Here i am explaining why we need telangana, it's very easy to concentrate and develop if the state is going to be small(i don't understand why moksha is taking example of utterpradesh consider jarkhand and chattisgadh, jarkhand is developing well after divided from bihar),if majority of the people asking for telangan who the hell are we to stop it, in democratic country all decision's are taken by people not by individual like you and me.
