Venkat is right, Ramesh did a wonderful job and he deserve more than appreciation.
Either he can publish a small booklet or can go head for Ph.D., as Venkat said, along with some data, introduction to show the importance. Additionally added info. related to some info about Malayalam language so that it covers 4 different 'souther Indian' languages.

deserves a doctorate degree from telugu Universty.
