With the heights of stupidity being opposition to Sanskrit Manthras at a Temple built and managed by somebody else :))

Sanskrit can be used like a pinch of Salt for any other Indian Langauge - while a lil bit of Sankrit adds beauty and taste to the other langauge, too much of it would make it insipid. Nobody would mind it, if the issue is about select few (be it Brahmins, Reddys or Dalits) who use 'Too Much of' Sanskrit at the expense of Telugu's life. But linking this to the origin of the people, Vedas and Culture and calling someone Astadaridrudu is absolute stupidity and exposes ones shallowness!

Dear Dr. Peyyeti, This topic is not about Telangana and Andhra. This is about who is Telugu and who is not. I told you we have many migrants like Lambadis and they are learning Telugu and assimilating ino telugu society. Among Andhra Brahmins some are progressive and consider themselves as Telugu. But there are some orthodox Andhra Brahmins who identify themselves as Aryan and promote vedic/sanskrit culture. My dispute is with people who promote other languages and cultures at the expense of Telugu and I have no respect for them (including Urdu speaking Muslims who refuse to speak telugu). Regards,

'Aayaney untey Mangali enduku?' ani .. ee Burralo aa Buddhey untey ikkadidaaka enduku ostundi peyyeti garu? :)) No Single person can divide the state - If the assembly has to pass a bill, they would need a Majority of votes - and many many Andhra and Rayalaseema MLAs MUST Vote in favor of Telangana, as they are more in numbers. It involves lots of consultations, compromises, fights and many more things.

As far as I know 'Aasupatri' is the imported orm of the word 'Hospital' from English - I dont think it is a Sanskrit word (unless I am terribly wrong) - This man just wants to show off his hatred on Sanskrit and sometimes gets into these things! Sanskrit Equivalent of Hosptial/Clinic, as far as I know is Chikitsaalaya or Bheshanaalaya or Aaturaalaya or Aanushaalaya ... and for a Medical Shop it is Aushadaalaya! Do only Brahmins use the word Aasupatri?

Dr. Peyyeti garu, I have nothing against Brahmins and I have many Brahmin friends. I salute most of the writers you have listed here. They called themselves Telugus first, Brahmins later. People like Gidugu Ramoorthy, Veereshalingam did a great service to Telugu country. As late Budharaju Radhakrishna Murthy wrote we have a segment of orthodox Andhra Brahmins who disrespect telugu and promote Sanskrit and Vedic culture. Ten Crore telugu people will not tolerate it any more. Let us celebrate telugu kinship as Mr. S. Ramesh writes about Telugu people living in different parts of south & central India. I saw your earlier writings, and it seems you are so much into your Vedic culture and you have a problem in differentiating orthodox Brahmins with progressive Brahmins. PS: Please don't assume you are the only one read the books.
