I hope you will not succumb to hee pressures and put your life in danger.I am not just giving speech here.i have very strong personal experience and now i am standing tall in my life, just people are looking at me as if i am extraordinary.
So you just don't bend your head before anything.things may seem to be odd but once if you start analysing them you will realise everything.Nothing is impossible in life, just fight and acieve your goals.

(1) It is not a good practice to marry an uncle; it is scientifically not a good thing to do.
(2) It is not a good practice to marry someone that is 15 years your senior. The ideal age difference is 3 to 5.
There are exceptions to the above rules, but in your case, th exceptions may not apply.
(3) Based on what I read, you seem to be around 20/21 years. If this is so, you can afford to wait until you are 25. Perhaps you can put this time to good use by picking up some marketable skills.
I observed thatIndian girls are lot smarter than they are willing to accept. So use your head, not your heart in making a decision.

All the solutions are right if ur part of the story is absolutely true.
We cannot judge by listening to one party.
As u said..
Ur uncle is after u.....-This is bad
Why is he after you? Is he already married/divorced/../?
Is ur mother just worried about dowry or is someone forcing her to this decision?
Dont you have any other relatives who are in better position to help you(atleast throgh this marriage episode)? If you dont....take help of some educated elders like ur school/college teacher.
If you dont like the decision...if you think you are too young for the decision...if you cant say no.....better postpone it and buy some time...and look for help.
