Articles: My Thoughts | | Where are we heading to? | |
|
| After seeing some of the readers expression of thought, I felt like clearing their mis-understanding. This article is not meant to beg anyone to do something which is impossible. Since we as human beings have lot of capacity to do create wonderful things and inventions, our brain also should be geared to do more positive things too. I entirely agree that today's generation is financially well off and they are living a better life than their fore-fathers as my sister mentioned in her comment. There is no PEADARIKAM now in the materialistic sense. But there is Pedarikam mentally to some. Not to all. Recently I met some of the international students who are in Australia. Their parents back home are very rich. Here after seeing life, they said one thing. Aunty, YAHA SUB KUCH HAI. kuch bhi nahi hai. Apnapan nahi and no body cares for us. We have no identity. This is their perspective. So, though they are offered jobs with 70K they say that they would like to go back to India. The reason is the attachement. So, definitely that attachment and belongingness is somewhat we all too possess. But to live life with a meaning, we can definitely better our lives with positive attitude and love. Here there is no compulsion for anyone to change their attitude. Change for betterment in all respects is always good. Sometimes, when we see children of 12 years old query in Satsang about the spiritual aspect of life, we too feel really proud to see the all round development of kids these days. Bangaraniki Merugu Pettinatlu, with all the infrastructure we have and with all the technological innovations, a slight change for betterment is always good. AAtmavalokanam chesukunte manake manchidi. When a person thinks I am perfect, he will not try to learn more and progress in life. so, nothing wrong in developing in all aspects of life too. People who are satisfied with their own might can be happy with their own progress and relax. Leave it to time. Necessity is the Mother of Invention. So, no need to worry. Anyway, thanks for your comments. Positive criticism is always welcome. Ofcourse, Let us Hope for the Better, Better and Better. Good luck to every one.

Before blaming technical revolution as the prime thing for making people more mechanical, we should agree that it also made lives bright, increased job oppurtunities.

If you are really looking for ways to help, see this as an example:

Or you can start a new initiative on your own, and there are many people here in TP to support.
