| Rational thinking! Equality between husband and wife is a must to run the home the corner stone of the edifice, the society as mentioned by you. This can be acheived only when both look to each other with mutual respect. Domination on any side will lead to a lot of ego clashes. The dominating may seem to be winning but the submissive will not let go when it gets the chance! Hence mutual respect, trust, a caring and sharing attitude and true companionship are the prerequisites for running a happy and peaceful family. If there is no respect from within, everything is a castle of cards and will crumble down with slightest disturbance.
