You are very mistaken. This is some educational programme usually taught in Management which is for every body.Stress is every bodys problem not mine(just mine). About meditation I meditate for Half an hour a day .Trying to increase the duration too.I am too cool and enjoying.I want every one else also to do it and follow these mantras.

Dear Ms. Sruthi, I gone through your articles by which I understood that you are not having peace of mind and feeling tired in the activities of our normal life. So for that you have to do some meditation. It gives you peace of mind and relaxation in the body and soul so I think you will start then and there after reading my answer.
