USA is the World's leader and no one is equal to them. Does it mean no one is signing any treaties with USA. If two people have to be equal, before they can enter into treaties, there won't be any treaties between countries!
This is the problem with all Indian commies. They come to USA, they send their children to USA. They want US dollars in all forms. Yet they sing China and Communist songs!
If the treaty is short on a few details, then ask the negotiating team to go back and get some clarifications. But don't characterise it as Manmohanji is caving in to American imperial power.
All treaties and negotiations are a give and take.
