dear ravi, I enjoyed ur article, good work but I did not like considering Junk Mails as frivolous !, on contrary, they are basic building blocks for e-relationships !
this is how it goes ...
find somebody in the office ;-)
go open the intranet, browse employee database, match the photo and find the e-mail ID.
DO keep sending junk mails :-))), u know the break condition .., right ?;-)
yah .., u got a mail telling that "hey .., how are u man ?, y are u dumping me with mails ....", now u r done !:-), mail back (no need of junk mail anymore :-)), telling, "it was by mistake that ur mail id is included .., btw, I am so and so ...blablabla ...", and, if u r lucky .., then, -----. :-))), else continue with the whole story !;-)
I think u r the best guy to put everything as a flow chart ;-))
