Capitalists like Chukka Ramaiah will use the word like people, poratam, bla bla bla to safe guard their properties and assets but after proving the real poor farmers to the lathis and bullets of police. why cant MR.Ramaiah donate all of his assets to poor people before thinkg to get something else into their hands. He can do it without any resistance from anyone but guess these bullshits will never do it just they want fame, money and everything over the blood of poor.

The writer suggests that IT should be captured by the people from the grip of captilists.
We need action to capture IT. Why he believes IT will develop the poor people? The reason behind this once communists believed that poor can earn some thing if they posses land. That is the reason Communists started Booporatam. They have identified land is the best source to improve the earning. They wanted the agri labor to be owner of lands. It doesnot solve the problem. Instead it created more trouble to more people by voilating constitution, law and order. Many lost their lives in that fight. Leaders are safe. THis is another illegal protection and game by the politicians.
If the writer able to suggest how to capture IT it will be good.

I can not find any relation between this article and you bellow quote,
