To full fill social responsibilities citizens shall be empowered and trained and educated to improve their capability. Our education failed to do so why because we are best servents but bad masters & managers. BRITISH ruled us becuase of this weakness.
I expected more chain of responsibilities including public health, safety, transport, education, social ethics, social eqyality, etc.
See, today every where shit, waste dump, open drainages, unprotected water, chemical discharge, polluted water dicharge into canals, rivers, sea, ocean, open ground, road side shitting, waste dumping, road accidents, cheating, fraud many many......Think a solution some thing like compliance
