Dear all, This is the original extract of SRC report in 1956 got it from home ministry. SRC report of 1955 by Faizal Ali, K.M.Panikkar, as per Resolution of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. 53/69/53-public dated 29th December 1953. Page 105, article 378, i quote ' One of the principle causes of opposition to the vishalandhra also seems to be the apprehension felt by the educationally-backward people of Telangana that they may be swamped and exploited by the more advanced people of the coastal area. In the Telangana districts outside the city of Hyderabad education is woefully backward. The result is that a lower qualification than in Andhra is accepted for the public services. The real fear of the people of Telangana is that if they join Andhra they will be unequally placed in relation to the people of Andhra and in this partnership the major partner will derive all the advantages immediately, while Telangana itself may be converted into a colony by the enterprising coastal Andhra. ' Unquote. Page 108, article 388, i quote ' Andhra and Telangana have common interests and we hope these interests will tend to bring the people closer to each other. If however, our hopes for the development of the environment and conditions congenial to the unification of the two areas do not materialise and if the public sentiment in the Telangana crystallises itself against the unification of the two States, Telangana will have to continue as a separate unit. ' unquote. Page 108, article 389, I quote ' The state of Hyderabad(as we would prefer to call this unit), to be constituted for the time being should consist of the following districts, namely, Mahbubnagar, Nalgonda, Warangal including Khammam, Karimnagar, Adilabad, Nizamabad, Hyderabad, Medak and Bidar and the Munagala enclave in Nalgonda district belonging to the Krishna district of the existing Andhra State. ' Unquote. Please think about it. What we have wasted, Why a Terrorist party is asking for second SRC? Do these people who talk of SRC speak with mouth? Having obtained Andhra with kurnool without SRC. Is it our problem they are bankrupt and utter failure ?? My question is What is Law doing, What are other party members doing? Well one or two persons come in the way of 3.5 crore population whose leaders lie about their party being people's party? Please think .. Is it fair to trust such parties? Mr.Ravuri, Looks like you are the great follower of KCR, it’s really shame. Looks like you got lot knowledge on Telangana and looting etc etc… I saw some people are discussing Telangana issue in this forum from other side of earth (USA). Before talking about the T issue, first you have to realize you are not in Telangana. Before talking about LOOTING, first you should not move from your Dist or you should not go out your village or out of your compound or out of your bedroom… Idiots… first of all in Family it self we have looters, in a village itself we have looters and Dist wide, State wide finally country wide. How long we waste our time pointing our F...King finger to others… I am really feeling sick on seeing Ravuri kind Telangana people who fallows KD.NO 1 (KCR); see his ‘Dubai Shaker’ background to ‘Bar-Darbar’. I never seen he talking about the really issues of out local community, his main goal to get a money wending “POST”… If we get the Telangana, he will definitely start one more moment, separate Hyderabad and Nazism’s rule… because he always pointing to NAZAM’s greatness and his wealth etc… Before we discussing (for both Ravuri and Author Mallayya) on “3 Crores Megulu budget” during Meer Osman Ali Khan’s time… Check out the Telangana situation during his time frame, how people are looted by king, how they forcefully converted to Islam, how they raped & killed, no food, no shelter and actions of RAJAKAR’s… Finally the so called “MEGULU BUDGET” is for “Meer Osman” not for “People Of Telangana”. He bought a plain, he bought some imported cars and best horses from Pharshia, a Sugar Factory for his needs, a colony for Zick country labor (for gun factory) and finally a Building (Today’s assembly) to run all his bad rules on his people. Why we fought against that kind of government???? Before feeling great ourselves by showing a ‘Readymade Assembly Building’, ‘Nizam Sugar Factory’, ‘Osman sagar’, ‘Nizam Sagar’, ‘Air Port’, ‘Gun Factory’ and 6 other big building for this 28 wife’s… what else…. All of them are just for KING not for his People… So, tomorrow (if we get Telangana) our today’s ‘Abinava Nizam’ (KCR) also want’s all these comforts… with the help of his great soldiers like ‘Ravuri’ & ‘Mallayya’… Good Luck… GOD SAVE MY INDIA…. - Sryam

Dear CM/Sparrow/Commonman, There is no necessity to convince u, my effort is to our T- friends to realise the truth. and to observe andhra peoples illogical arguments with out any reasoning. Statute permission will be provided by the government it is the wishes of CM whose statute is to be erected. Why NTR removed Dasharathi from state poet post in 1984. KCR is the only leader who brought the telangana issue in the lime light with out any violence. Like Chennaredy he didn't used students. Even he asked students not to waste their career and education. Why Bharat mata in 1905, to have telangana martyrs stupam hyderbad people have fought more than 100 times. Why Chandrababu didn't allow 1948 martyrs statute? They fought for independent India? Can u tell me from where the political leadership is coming in all parties? Chandra babu even declared telangana as unparlimentary word in our own land? If u say same thing to Maharasthrians in Mumabai what they will do? We didn't invite andhra people to come here, why your showing your dominance on us? what happened to history books? why there is no chapter for hyderbad state from 1948 to 1956 where as Potti sriramulu story was written in bold letters. Even a single protest didn't held in nizam state. YSR wants to split hindus and muslims in hyderbad that is the reason why KCR have given so many sops to them? We know what divide and rule policy rulers are following? again and again we are saying we dont need any body's wealth at the same time dont loot us. we will show you where u people are looting us. By all the means we will go by parlimentary democrasy process to have the T- state. Definately telangana is inevitable. so understand the reality don't be panic. We need your support, we wont treat u like enemies. 1) Do u know SC in 1972 uphold the constitutionality of Mulki rules. Jai andhra movement is started againist to that one. why andhra leaders violated SC judgment? Highcourt has directed more than 10 times to implement 610 G.O. what happened to andhra leaders and bueraucrats? 2)There are at least 63 fire accident FIR's are filled from secreatariat esate department. When govt asked for service records, donga andhra employees burned the records. Till now only 78 dept has given the list officially govt identified 25,600 illegally recruited employees. as per the law they should be behind the bars. What SC said in case of polavaram, pulichintala and pothyreddy padu? what about bachawat tribunal guidelines and specifications? If u have answers for this? come for an open discussion? Come with facts, I am ready to face u wherever u want. Donga Lanco Rajgopal cheated Govt of India in Sasan power project. Do u want proof? He is having four 420 cases pending in the CID dept? Oray Mallayya desini (Author), NEEKU MENTALA????? You just talking like KCR, vadu donga... veedu donga... there is no other work then pointing our fingers to neighbors... The most interesting thing is... 'SUPPORTING F..KING NIZAM', even KCR also started recently and promising the Muslims to bring back the 'NIZAM's RULE'... Remember you are India, not in NIZAM's rule; don't expect a separate state like Pakistan in the middle of India... My great grand father fought against NIZAM and went to jail along with “Mallu Swarajam”, now i am really feeling bad on looking at self-centered people like KCR & YOU... Hi, Dongani donga ante antha kopam enduku. First SRC clearly stated that Telangana should be seperate state. And even it also feared that if it is merged it will become andhra's guest house. More over it will become colony. The same thing is happening. We dont want ur Vizag, kakinada, Vijayawada ur resources. We would like to have ownership over our own resources. Still donga YSR taking all the water all the way to Kadapa which is far away from 450Km. Is it the justice? Is it happening any where in India? Just for 40 TMC feet of water Entire Bangalore was bandh in Cauvery river dispute. Where as for the past 50 years more than 1800TMC fett of water is taking illegally in krishna and Godavari what should we do? Dont test our patience. We are not againist common andhra man, but definately againist exploiters. With out knowing any thing dont put your illogical comments here.
