but unfortunately the present mind-setup of the forward castes like brahmins, kshatriyas,komatis,will not allow this.
therefore the entire group of 93 BC castes should get united into one single political party (like SJP/BSP)and contest under one banner and elect their own president, vice president, general secretary, treasurer etc. and then enter the election foray under one single flag but not under one caste (like USA)they also must have a written and registered party constitution. No single person should hold the president office and he must not contest again for the same. this should be made compulsory foer vice-president, general secretary, treasurer etc. these people are not eligible to get elected again in their life time. new faces should come into the forefront to lead the party.

It is unwise to start caste based poltical parties. Where will it end? We are already witnessing the divison among Madiga and Mala. You can achieve the same results by introducing the Primary elections. In the primary elections, people select the cahndidates not the political bosses and you will have better representaion. United States like India is a multi-racial, multi-religious, multi-lnguages and class divided society. At one time there was no representaioon of Blacks, Hispanics, and women. Because of Primary elections with in the party, now they have fair representation of all goups. I stongly suggest people should examine USA political scenario and find better solutions than replacing one mess by another mess. There is no accountabilty in India among the politicians and the Government employees, especially IAS officers. How many of the IAS officers are really honest? No matter whoever come to power, we must find ways to stop the corruption at the highest level.
