| One will get more options /choice officially rather than personal life. officially you are bound to do in a fixed frame so called policy where every one has adhere to it. So, once the polycies are clear decisions will naturally tend to that direction which inturn someone brands you as a " Successful Person". Ofcourse personal life there won't be much day to day decisions.
