| In moden soceity KIDNAP and rape definition changed. If two lovers where there is no parental approval they will flee naturally. If the parents are strong and poerful in the soceity they are charging KIDNAP. Infact the definition to kidnap is to be checked in legislation. The recent swapna case is one example. Why so much publicity and police attention to this case?
