Dr Ambedkar thought of developing entire community, but the benefits are not penetrating to real people, it is stopping with in benefited family hands itself. Everyone (benefited families) should think as Amebedkar and relay the benefits to the people who is really deserved. Current situation is as it is inheritance property and reveloves between parents - childern - Children...... Until benefited families forego the reservations and should extend to real deserved people lives in villages then WE CAN SAY 'AMEBEDKAR VIPLAVAM'
