| HI,
DON'T FEEL THAT U LOST SOME THING, BY RECOLLECTING UR COLLEGE DAYS. LIFE IS LIKE A FLOW OF WATER.
IT SHOULD BE IN FLOW ONLY, OTHER WISE MIND WILL BECOME LIKE A HUSSAIN SAGAR. SO, DONT FEEL BAD, TRY TO FIND OUT SOME THING SWEET AND HAPPY FEELINGS WHICH IS BETTER THAN UR COLLEGE DAYS.

Your experience is very similar to mine (and I guess a lot of others here too may have had a similar life while in college). I can associate with what you are going through at this point with a 9 to 9 job and nothing else to look forward to. I remember a saying from one of my good friends here in the US, whenever I used to feel down and depressed, he used to tell me to remind myself of the quote 'This too shall pass'. As simple as it sounds the very thought of the transient nature of our worries (just like our happiness) is self assuring and used to lift my spirits. So remember, however hard it is 'it too shall pass'. I am now happily married with two little angels and an adoring wife. When I look back at my life I see distinct phases, of days in school, intermediate college, engineering college, coming to the US, green card fever, permanent job, marriage, bored with my career, buying a house, having kids, moving to another place etc.. and the list goes on :-). I always live on hope and adivse you to do the same. Hope is a terrific reliever of the travails of daily life. My hope is to go back to my favourite place (Hyd of course!) and settle down there. Raise my kids in the same way I was raised in the simplistic environment. Have them enjoy playing gully cricket to raising kites, burning crackers. Be with my aged parents and see the satisfaction on their faces. The reason I say all this is to show how much of life is ahead of you. So make best use of every moment and try to get 5-10 minutes in the morning and listen to something devotional before you start your day. It may not bring your 'vekkuva jamu sangeetam' back but will certainly relax your mind.
Good Luck and Enjoy!

Your que is "can come college life come back" it is very clear that even u know for ur self that ur college life can never come back to u.....and so one can understand in what sense u have raised this que....
Just because u love that life when compared to the present life....this made u to look back into the past life... isn't it. Not only u, to my best knowledge there will be no one who doesn’t like their college life...
If u r really worried abt your present situation, then go ahead to know my thoughts..
well...after going thru ur article it's very clear how much u have enjoyed ur college life..and I’m sure many people (like me) who have read this article might have depressed a bit for lacking such an enjoyment in their college days......so here is what u have to
learn one thing in our society..... I.e. most of the people even don't have opportunity for continuing their education after intermediate...especially the girls, the reasons may be unlimited. At most they can complete their degree which does not support for their employment.
So when most of the people are unable to fulfill their want of having minimum education for their settlement u got the chance of studying which was filled with fun and enjoyment. What else one requires to have a peaceful life other than this? so compared to many other students ur life(college life) was really beautiful. isn't it?
so when u think the present life is not that much satisfying ...this is time to compare with others...here itself I saw an article which says not to compare with others. But that was in a different sense...what I say is always compare with others who are below us so that we can live happily. If u doesn’t have a car compare with others who don't even has a moped that u posses and remain happy. And like this we can compare at each and every thing in life... here I will give u a small but effective example....
when I was in my plus 2, one day my left thumb was deformed (benikindi) because of a ball hit. I felt bad at that time because of that injury, but after that I realized I was really lucky because the ball had hit my left thumb not my right thumb. Just imagine what might have happened if my right thumb got injured? I could not have written my exams as well as I have done now. I felt happy just by comparing my right thumb with that of my left thumb. Even today my left thumb is like that only but there is no change in my daily life...
so happiness is nowhere in a dream land, that is just our attitude, that comes out of our courage to be happy.
I accept, Ur job is not so easy.....but then realize that u has that caliber to do that job and that's why God have placed u there. Even a state first ranker in eamcet may feel bad for getting only 198 marks out of 200.. if we compare with all the high levels we will be left with only sadness through out our life.
so what all I want to say is that what ever may happen to us every thing happens just for our sake, we only need to stay cool with never dying positive attitude which have the capacity to turn all the odds into our favor.. if we dare to remain happy we can live the whole life happily. Make sure that today u remained happy irrespective of the odds that come across so that every yesterday can be counted as a happy day!
That's it...

good article. Everyone thinks like you atleast once in a day, but life has to be led in different phases and you should enjoy each of it. Just try to find small breaks during your work, during journey and try to enjoy it in your own way. How much every busy a person is, it's only his vision that makes him lead a happy and joyful life. Try to keep urself relaxed as much as possible and you will really feel much better.

this is gopi from S'pore. I read ur article and understood. Its same to me. offcourse not only to us to everyone. this is what we called 'Life"
I can tell u in 100%, nobody can get their college days in their life. Atleast if you working in india, its ok. but if u working in abroad, without parents & friends, job scare, etc... its horrible life...eventhough we have to work... then only we can lead our life....
so no need to think much, try to find time to enjoy in our routine life, which m presently doing now...
thanks for good ariticle and keep it up...
cheers,

If u realise ur mistake, try to make urselves happpy by being affectionatewith any man or kid or animal or a plant. It will help u.
and when u have ur own kids, let them not suffer like u.
