Why we quote US, UK , Germany as exapmles?
They achieved, where as we do not. If these things are ideal then we have to welcome air traffic also similar way. Ofcourse the day is not too far away!

5. Adequate speed limiters, traffic signals, traffic controls.
6. Descipline those who voilate rules.
