Any how a row of people afraid of Mayawati strategy and her leadership. It's funny.
Mediaa started against Mayawati giving publicity to scandal and CBI investigation.
I wonder how the MEDIA and people willl react if Jayalalitha starts such wave in AP. Ofcourse there could be some resistance due to KANCHI incident.
I wonder even some part of SC community against Mayawati leadership naturally becuase of the possibility of loosing their prominence.
Ultimately the question unanswered is why we are against Mayawati leadership? Female domination
or CASTE ?

In my view cast or religion based moves are not recommended. One reason I say is it loses the democratic purpose. However the parties such as TDP and national Congress should work like BJP, as truely democratic party. Where parties internally elect leaders rather than hailing from one family. One reason for few casts dominating the political scene is more than cast it is few families. Politics have been running in certaing families while others showing aversion to pilitics. As we improve to better voters you will see leaders emerge from all walks of life. Mayavathi is a catalyst of such change whatever strategy she is following will decentralize power.

The sad story of the retarted lady is that she can not understand any thing but caste. She thinks her dwarfed imagination of caste is winnig votes.
The smallest and most local parites have some people oriented agenda other than cate. Unfortunately this is the only party with 'caste only' as party agenda
Becasue of 'stalled social development' over more than 600 years in the rule of the so called 'Nawabs' who ruled India under terror, we still remember caste. The bankrupt congress has made it a monster under various reservations.
Everyone is having a caste. But that does not need to be basic item for living. The similarity is every chaild is born as a product of what the father and mother did. But we do not talk that when we go to the birthday party.
Thus having a caste and living on that should be different.

Mayavathi has to prove first that she is a capable leader by solving Utter Pradesh problems(unemployment, education crime etc.). She is not a avatara God like Rama or Krishna. India's problems are structural not leadership. We need to decentralize the decision making by giving more authority to States, and from states to Townships and villages. What is the guarantee that Mayavathi party is the last one? Tomorrow Devnder Goud may start a party for Gouds, and every other caste will start their own party. Will it solve our unemployment, education and Healthcare problems? May be few politicians will benefit but not the rest of the caste people.
We all agree the current politcal system is controlled by Political Bosses. The Bosses are selecting candidates who are loyal to them. These elected leaders give a damn to the people who have voted for them. To change this we have to introduce Primary elections before General elections to select a party candidate by the party members. Six to 8 weeks before general elections we should have a primary election and each party must select its own candidate by voting by all party members. These elceted party leaders will fight the general elections like in USA. This forces the candidates to go to public and discuss their problems and fight for their progress. If candidate fail to deliver the promises, he/she will never represent that party again or get elected. I hope educated and rational thinking people should find real lasting solutions than putting their faith on an individual like Chiranjeevi or Mayavathi.
