| Great tips .. tanmayee garu ..wud like to add a lil more abt self confidence.. Actually many people try to be more receptive during an interview to avoid giving an impression of arrogant and not being docile. Well on the contary, a shrewd interviewer can go to an extent of faking that your proposition or answer is wrong ( it does happen very frequently if a HR person is on the panel ), just to see how far can u hold to your opinions .Well this is out of my first hand experience... and to add more tinge , it was my first ever interview with Cognizant Technology Solutions better knwn as CTS, I was tricked by one of the bald headed guy on the panel .. initially I was arguing.. but later I ended up saying " Mabbe am wrong ".. Luckily I ended up getting the job , and when I asked him .. he said a better answer cud have been " Itz harsh to believe but I can persist with it ". Well I dint take their offer but those tips went deep into my roots. Hope some of u might find it useful when next time u r facing a panel :-)
