hi,
nice point rised by the author. its very true and the center's attitude is quite deviated from the spirit of fedarality.
and on the comments of previous guys in this post- the qustions rised by them are ok, but are they not far off the topic that the author wanted to discuss? forgive me if i am wrong, but from my understanding,the main point author wanted to convey is that the central govt is promoting regional differences thru language favarotism.
and i have observed for some time now that often the members of this site while posting their comments get distracted from the topic thats posted or being discussed and get very personal and start a new line of thought totally out of the context.
forgive me again if i am wrong but this is my personal opinion. and i would welcome any suggestons or debate on this issue.
