| All, I feel resolution is something we have to do such a thing that is bothering us like quiting smokiig, drinking, and our other bad habbits.
We should plan our life in such a way that resolution is not required.. just proper planning is enough for any level or issue/problem which can fix it easily.. eg Doing yoga, walking, reducing weight .. we need to tell our mind that I have do to it. for it, it requires self motivation, self confident and own's interest..
so just do it and you can win it...
