i had many years of such experiences.
but i dont think this is a spiritual journey.
it is hyperpolarised state of neurons in our body du to working dreams or nightmares while we slept.
manyatimes i opened my eyes early in morning and wanted to note the dream in a book, but couldnt stretch any part of my body. Sometimes i felt so thirsty and couldnt take the water bottle whichc is just beside me
this is not spirit. WEAKNESS.

Hi, I had it the same experience two times, I wanted to shout and call some one to help me to get up, I felt it myself damn heavy infact every one was having their morning cafe at that time. But I coulnt shout on my own. I couldnt estimate how long but in day time it tookplace, my mom told me that some spirit occupied in me, even some of my friends also told me the same. Naturally I am scared of spirits but I just prayed god chant mantras to relieve my fear.

Thanks for that but i know iam a normal human being but i don't undertsnad its significance in my life.Why did i have to experience such a thing?can u explain it to me akka?Iam anxious.But all i can tell is that i many a tim edreamt of great person scoming in my dream and saying "nuvvu jaganmata putrikavu.neeku ujjvalamain abhavishyattu undi".once, my elder sister prayed to the good souls to tell her future and karunyananda(He recently(when she dreamt) died and he came in her dream and looking at me beside her told me the above sayings about my future which was astonishing for both of us in real.I owe everything to the Lord.
