Dear Sir, Thanks for your comment. I too agree that Christmas has no meaning with out the narration of Jesus Christ's birth. In this article I desire to give how it is celebrated in the Universe as far as I know and as much information as I could elicit and so titled as Universal Fete (Festival). However, I note your kind suggestion for my future guidance.

That was very good information. But also note that you missed the whole point of Christmas. Its not the tree, not the lights not the greeting.
Christmas is about celebration of birth of The Lord God Jesus Christ, who came into this world. He is God who paid the price of my sin your sin and all our sins, on the cross to give us everlasting life. Its this birth that we celebrate. Without this understanding Christmas is meaning less. You missed the whole point by miles.
The reason for the season is Christ's birth to free us from sin.
