It is a femiliar fact that Anandam is a nectar of human-life.Smiling is the bacon light of it.If we want to find its address(chirunama)first of all we have to introvet our senses and then we can find pancha kosas-Annamaya,manomaya,jnanamaya,vijnanamaya and anandamaya kosas.Unless one fallows the systematic way of life understanding his own nature he is unable to reach the stage of ananda -the eternal Bliss.
