Hello Viplove,
Your poem is nice. Why don't you write an article and submit? You can express more in an article. Very few people of other professions know what is the problem and why strike etc., You pen them all and post so that many people can know.
You also start discussion on this issue. Your writing skills will help you now for your (Junior Doctors/Medicos) cause.
