by this amendment article 164 and 75 has een changed.

of members of the House of the People.
this is article 164 related to state ministers.

there is a procedure followed in the parlimentary system no. is the technical details.
see the no, changes as the new amendment takes place when it is passed by the parliment they will give a no, but in between if some other amendement passed by the president this amendment no, is going to change.
initially right to education was the 91'st amendemnt later it changed 87 th amendement.

in our state assembly here are 294 seats are existing as per the constituion YSR may not take more than 45 (294X015%) right now the strength is 43 so he can take two more ministers that's it.

Thanks for your keen observation, but half knowledge is too dangerous.
Go and read the special status given to Sikkim under article 371F. For your kind of information what ever the amendements and parlimentary laws won't applicable to schedule areas under 5 th and 6 schedules, and few of the north eastern states. Do u know what is the population of sikkim, how far it is developed.
do u know the human development indicators of small states.
More over Telangana will become 8 th biggest state as per the area, so need not cry crocdile tears saying that it is going to divide the country.
Summary is 97th (right now it is 104th) constituional amendement doesn't applies to mostof the north eastern states.
Do u know why north eastern states are so small, it is for our security. try to get the meaning in it. Do u know why Naga tribe is divided in 5 states so that they can't demand a country status unitedly.
so don't bluff the people like JP.
why don't u come for an open discussion.
