An evening snack,easy to prepare & nice to serve.
GREENPEAS CUTLETS (different type)
Greenpeas(dry) 25ogms (soaked)
Garlic 6 pods (peeled)
Greenchillies 4-5
Garam masala 2tsp
Ginger 1-2 inches(as per taste)
Soya flour 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Seame seeds 1-2tsp
Cummin seeds 1tsp
Spinach (fresh) 1tbsp(chopped)
Bread crumbs 2tbsp (foe dusting)
Coriander leaves or
Mint leaves(pudeena) finely chopped
Method:-
Chop the green leaves finely.
Drain greenpeas and mix chillies,ginger,garlic,salt &grind them coarsely.
Add soya flour to get stiff dough to make cutlets consistency.
Make as your desired shape cutlets(round like vadas) with the dough.
Spread the bread crumbs on a plate.
Coat the cutlets both sides over bread crumbs.
Heat the non-stick pan, shallow fry them using 1-2 tbsp oil both sides.
Fry them until they get golden crispy brown colour.
Serve them with fresh green salad& tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce.
Sallad:-Sallad cabbage,Tomato,cucumber (kheera),red onion,capsicum.
Green apple(if you like).
Chop them nicely and add a little olive oil & sprinkle salt,pepper powder over!
