Gramflour 1cup
Riceflour 3cups
Salt to taste
Turmeric
Oil for frying
Onion 1 small
Greenchillies 6
Ginger 1cm
Fresh chopped coriander
Cumin seeds
Butter 1tbsp
Method:
Mix two flours and sieve them together.
Crush the chillies, ginger, onion.
Add everything evenly, add the water if needs to make pakora consistency.
Heat oil and drop the batter through the finger tips like vadas(We should have some experience to make the Pakoras).
Fry them to golden crispy brown.
Store them in plastic container.
Can be stored for 2-3 weeks.
