Laughing is one of the everyday things which we do sometimes when our mind is tickled by a thought or a joke. Have you ever wondered what happens when we laugh? When we laugh whole heartedly, our upper body including stomach, the abdominal muscles and the neck and even the face gets a complete exercise. We all know that laughing is good. But for some people, laughing is so hard and they have a mind block that 'laughing is indignity'. This is especially in Indian community with girls, when they laugh, moms say, 'vekiligaa navvaku' which drives me nuts sometimes!!! I mean, come'on don't we have the right to laugh completely. Infact, Scientists say Laughter reduces our stress harmones and helps us cope up our lives better. Some interesting facts about laugh: 1. Laughter is very contagious. Have u ever observed that when u laugh in the middle of a crowd as u thought of something funny, atleast one person in the crowd starts laughing with u, then it spreads like a virus.....Spread the laughing Virus whereever u r....It kills ur inner viruses too!! 2. Find more reasons to laugh everyday. Sense of humor is a God's GIFT. If u dont have it, then u hav to try hard but ALL THE BEST!! 3. Whenever I feel stressed or depressed, I watch a funny telugu movie joke. I personally feel that telugu movies have the greatest comedies ever! No other language like Hindi or English I feel have such comedies. May be this is because my native is telugu but still I feel they r a great way to laugh off! Some helpful tips for people who want to practice laughing: 1. When u wake up, first look in the mirror, or when u get ready for a party, look...again....loook how U LOOK when u smile...feel the beauty of smiling...how ur face changes when u smile...Did u like it?? Yes ofcourse...it adds a curve to ur montonous face. Goood...Ur first step towards laughing is done. 2. Practice laughing with collegues at office by sharing a joke or a funny situation, if u cant remember one, just write it down on a piece of paper when u first saw it. In that way ,u r helping urself laugh and them too thus relaxing from work stress. There are two types of laugh: 1. Fake 2. Real People who fake didnt follow the rules of laughing. When they laugh, only mouth moves and the face remains the same. They laugh to please others. People who have a real laugh have a complete laugh, they laugh for their heart and it comes from their heart. Its not to please others. So, Folks!! I suggest everybody to LAUGH ATLEAST ONCE EVERYDAY COMPLETELY AND NEVER FAKE UR LAUGH AS IT LOOKS ARTIFICIAL AND YOUR BODY DOESN'T GET THE RIGHT EXERCISE!!! Good Luck in Laughing!!!!
