Ingredients:-
Wholewheat flour(Atta) 1cup
Jaggery 1cup
Ghee 3/4cup
Thickmilk 1cup
Pistachioes rosted
Method:-
1) Use a nonstick & thick bottomed vessel.
2) Sift the flour.
3) Grate the fine quality jaggery and keep it aside.
4) Roast the pista.
5) Heat ghee and add the flour, fry till it gives fine flavour.
6) Add jaggery and fry for a minute.
7) Add milk and stir fastly, without any lumps.
8) Stir continuously till it turns to a thick lump (and leaves the ghee to the sides.)
9) Transfer immediately into a plate and press the roasted pista.
