Ingredients::
1/2Kg ladyfingers in uniform size.
2 DL oil to fry
1 full garlic
salt
2 spoons red chilli powder
1 spoon cumin
1 spoon coconut powder.

Method ::
Take the lady fingers in the same size.
Cut (slightly) horizontally, without cutting heads.
Fill them with the mixture of garlic, coconut powder, cumin and dry chillies, salt .
Grind them to a paste and stuff into ladyfingers.
Take a frying pan, pour some oil and lay them in the pan one by one.
Keep the lid for few minutes, under the low heat.
Remove the lid and fry them and stir them occasionally until it gives good flavour.
Sprinkle the coriander leaves upon them.
