Ingredients:
Almonds 1 cup
Sugar 25 gms
Elachi(cardamoms)
Saffron strands
Almonds flakes
Pistachioes flakes
Ice cubes
Thick Milk 1½ cup
Milk 1 cup

Method:-
Blanch almonds and peel.
Grind them along with milk to a fine thick paste.
Cook along with milk until it turns kheer thick consistency.
Remove from heat and cool it.
Serve chill with decorating flakes & saffron!
