Ingredients: Brinjaal - 250 gms Coriander Leaves - 10 bunches Green Chillies - 8 Salt to taste Lemon Juice Procedure: Cut brinjaals into cubes and wash them with the salted water. Grind coriander leaves, green chillies and salt to a thick paste. Heat 1 tbs of oil in a thick bottomed pan and add brinjaal pieces to it and allow it to cook for a while. When brinjaals are half cooked, add the coriander paste to it, mix well. Add water if necessary. Let it cook for 15 mins. and stir in between. When the curry is finally cooked, add lemon juice to it and serve hot with rice, biryani or chapatis.
