Ingredients :
Khoya 1cups(100gms)
Cashew bits 1/2cup
Suji(rawa) 2cups
Cardamom pods 6-8
Fresh grated coconut 1cup
Sugar syrup:-
Sugar 1cup
Essence 2-3 drops
Ghee 2-btbsp
Method:-
Mash and roast khoya in 1tsp ghee for 2 minutes.
Roast the rawa & cashews slightly without changing colour.
Fry grated coconut for 1-2 minutes.
Add into rawa&cashew, mix well.
Remove the seeds from cardamoms, keep aside.
Make one thread consistency syrup.
Add ½ syrup in rawa mixture and ½ into khoya, mix well.
Make strawberry size balls with khoya, keep aside.(Add essence too)
When the rawa mixture is slightly warm cover the khoya laddoo with rawa mixture.
Roll out the balls in between palms, without any breaks.
Add one saffron string to each ball while you are rolling them.
