Ingredients:-
Potatoes 3 small
Boiled peas 21/2 cups
Salt
Greenchillies 3
Ginge&garlic paste 2tsp
Freshcoriander leaves 1/2 cup
Fresh cabbage 1 tbsp
Garammasala 1tsp
Redchilli powder 1tsp
Cooked rice 1tbsp
Onion 1tbsp(finely chopped)
Lemonjuice or amchoor 1/2tsp
Oil for deep frying
White bread slices 5
Breadcrumbs 4tsp
Method:-
Boil potatoes, cabbage separately.
Boil greenpeas.
Chop onion, crush the green chillies, ginger & garlic.
Chop mint leaves & coriander leaves.
Mix potatoes and some boiled peas and cabbage, make a fine mass.
Soak the white bread in water and squeeze extra water.
Mix it to potato mixture, add all of the other ingredients(not bread crumbs).
Knead it well to a fine smooth dough.
Make round balls or any other shape and roll them over bread crumbs.
Make all balls from the whole dough and keep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, before you deep fry them.
Fry them in hot oil to golden crispy brown and serve with vegetable salad and tomato ketchup.
