Ingredients:-
Rice flour 2cups
Water 1cup
Sesameseeds 1tbsp
Ajwain 1tsp
salt
Greenchillies 4paste
Ginger(optional) 1tsp(paste)
Mungdal 2tsp(yellow split)
Freshcoriander leaves
Oil for deep frying
Ghee/butter 1tsp

Method:-
Boil water, add chilli & ginger crush, mungdal and greenleaves.
Put off the stove, add riceflour, sesame seeds, salt and butter.
Stir well to a smooth dough.
Take a wet kitchen towel, and make bigsize ear rings on the towel.
If needs (sticks) apply little oil to the fingers to make them.
Make chaegodis with whole dough (meanwhile heat oil moderately).
Deep fry them to golden crispy brown.
Allow them to cool, store them in a airtight container.
Shell life:- 3 weeks.
Suggestion:-Can be added with semolina also. Should prepare immediately and add only cold water.
