The sun is high up in the sky
Rays so bright and strong;
The birds up in the treetops
Serenading with a song.
The wind with gentle breezes
Whistling through the trees;
Listen to the buzzing
Of all the busy bees.
Life goes on for all
As we rush through our days;
Sometimes we miss the wonder
Of it in our hurried ways
But when it comes to friendship
And we find the kind that's true
It's simple to perceive
When the friend is one like you.
