Pretty much everybody uses this word TODAY! Previously, only working population used to. But even school kids have stress.
'School kids are stressful about their grades'
'Working people about project deadlines, work, co-workers'
Only people not into stress are 3 year olds and older people, whose mind is free from all this. Kids are pure and sweet who haven't entered into the real world yet. Older people have experienced too much stress through out their life that in their last years, they want to be peaceful and don't want to think about anything!
All this stress is to strive for success both personal as well as for the company or the organization that we are working for?
We study.. study... and study when we are in school, to get a good job and when we get a good job we get more stress at work ? Ridiculous isnt it?
Looks like stress is chasing us through out our lives. Well..dont panic. JUST COME OUT OF THE SHELL, there are other elements in life other than these BASIC THINGS!
A moment in relaxation deeply helps the stress that we go through at our work. Just a moment. Just a thought! Just an imagination that you are in your favorite destination!
Look into urself as an individual, talk to your heart, what makes it very very happy, know your talents! I bet everybody in this world is talented in one or the other thing! And that is a fact!
What makes you feel very great about yourself? Is that singing, dancing, reading novels, cartooons, movies, games....If I keep continuing, there is no end to this list. Brainstorm them, stop at the one, that rings a bell! Try it, even if that is not true. If you feel its something in those lines.
Do a little bit with your talent. Then you will get used to it soon. A talent or a hobby is one's own, and no body can steal it. So, it will be with you forever
