Articles: Devotion | A Light Born - Mr. Raghu Ramaiah Pemmadu
| |
When darkness is around me,
When worldly pleasures distract me,
When the reeling mind tried its best to convince me,
With its false tactics and supreme thoughts,
The thoughts appear so fine, so pleasing, and so musing.
The thoughts that always made me wander,
The thoughts that always made me pursue nothing,
But for worry and vacuum,
With no sign of light of consciousness,
With deep ignorance and non-sense.
The vision is blurred, the soothing sound unheard,
The legs and limbs crippled to reach the door,
The search for the key appeared unending,
Helplessly lying with deep despair right on the floor.
Then you lit the little hope...
A hope that emerged as a laser beam...
Wherever I touch has that purity
Whatever I write has that splendid flavour,
A light born in deep darkness,
Who can be that? Except for you ! and only you !
