Rasmalai with Ricotta Cheese

Ingredients: Ricotta Cheese 800gms Half and Half 650ml Sugar 2½ cups Bayleaf cardamoms Vanilla essense Rosewater Method:- Take a flat dish and in a aluminium foil Place ricotta cheese and 1½ cups sugar and bake it at 250¤c in the oven for abt 60-80 min. Check it should be pale brown. And becomes hard. Boil the milk on low heat until it thickens.(takes more time to do this! Or cook the microwave, but check every 3 min. The liquid should turn almost half of its original position. Add the sugar, bayleaf, cardamoms and flavourings. Allow to boil for few minutes. Cut the baked cheese or make round discs like badhusha and add to the milk. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or till it gets chill. Sprinkle pistachioes powder over and serve now!!
