Women - their Dressing - Objections

The recent ban on wearing skirts for school going girls in Uttar Pradesh by a Muslim Organisation should be condemned. Why should they be denied freedom? No part of their body be exposed even though they wear skirts because they also wear longs socks and shoes. What will be your answer if they question why muslim boys aren't asked not to shave their beards, to wear their traditional dress and cap etc.,? Why always restriction on women? Who are you to impose rules? Who has given you the rights? If your answer is Shariat, Can you honestly say that you practise all the principles and rules of Shariat in your etiquette, food habits, behaviour and in your interaction with people of other religion? Can you swear by God and answer? Religion should teach good things about life and the good ways for leading it. To make our lives happy and to make the society, a good place and a heaven like abode for everyone to live in. You people who claims yourselves as the upholders of Islam, try to preach peace but not imposing rules and denying freedom to girls. Dressing, Grooming are the things of personal interest and importance. One shouldn't direct or demand anyone about these things. If anyone roams on the road with complete nudity, then they are being arrested. In this particular regard of imposing rules on people's purely personal aspects, one should learn from Afghanistan issue. When Laws were imposed forcibly, they obeyed. But once they had no restrictions, they again behave in their own way. What could Taliban do? Did these rules brought any change in their wishes? No. By force we can achieve nothing. If we really wish for a change, we should explain in such a way that everyone can understand. Anyway why should we bother about anyone's purely personal aspects? Very pity about this world is, man's easy arousement of feelings is not being blamed. This world treat it as something which is very natural. Don't they need chastity? Does any woman stare continuously at the men who are half-naked or fully-naked? Does any girl feel tempted? No. But why male? Women also need to understand one thing. They do not forget about the true dignity in Dressing, Whirling in the fumes of fashion. If we expose our sleeves, thighs and legs, men may be attracted towards us, but they can never love us. Nudity and Half-nakedness is not beauty. In fact, Beauty is in beholder's eye not in the object. We should just pose one question to ourselves. What we wish from our beauty? Every woman naturally likes to be beautiful and tries to maintain it. Women also feel to show and devote their beauty to their husbands and wish to be praised as good looking by everyone. To be regarded as good looking, do we need to expose ourselves?
