Step 1:
1 lb boneless chicken
1 Tbs Tomato paste
2 Tbs Chili sauce
2 Tbs Ketchup
1 Tbs Corn flour
1 Tbs White flour
1 Tbs Ginger & Garlic paste
Salt (to your taste)
Chili powder (to your taste)
Oil for deep-frying
Step 2:
6 Green Chilies, cut into long strips
6 Curry leaves
1 tbs oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs yogurt
Orange food color
Method:
1.Mix the step 1 ingredients and marinate for 2 hours.
2.After 2 hours heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chicken pieces until they are crisp outside.
3.Make sure not let the pieces to become too brown when frying. Drain them in a paper towel.
4.Heat oil in a separate pan, add curry leaves, salt & green chilies. Fry them for 2 min.
5.Add yogurt and color and fry until the water has evaporated. Add the chicken pieces and mix well till all the pieces are well distributed with even color. Serve with cocktails
