Do you also want to have a resolution for the year 2005 ....
Before taking a resolution:
Keep your resolution in writing, so that you are sure on what exactly you want to do.
Be confident to carry it out for the whole year.
Don't create too many resolutions at a time. Better go with one at a time.
Punish yourself in case you don't follow your resolution seriously.
Top New Year resolutions:
I will take a good care of my health and will be fit the whole year.
I will enjoy my life more, be optimistic and happy.
I will be more helpful to others and spend some part of my earnings in charity.
I will be organized and disciplined. I will go early to bed and also wake up early.
I will spend more fruitful time with my family and good friends and will make every effort to make them happy.
To quit smoking and drinking.
To trim down having fast or junk food and stick to food having good nutrients.
