Regarding medical practitioners spreading AIDS in rural areas, I want to clarify one thing before going to give information on medical practitioners in india.
Recent reports by WHO stating that india is going to cross Africa within 50 yrs in AIDS patients. Really it is horrifying. We should concentrate on this issue. What are the causes and what are the things that we can help to prevent this deadly disease.
1.The main reason is lack of sex education in our people.
2.The important thing is that those who are doing medical practice in rural areas of our state without any degree or any valuable certificate.
These people are giving injections for evry person who approached
them, without using disposable syrenges,they are using 3-4 syringes continuously for all patients without any knoweldge, this issue is very serious and we are not concentrating on these things.
3.A doctor should be a graduate or postgraduate in medical education, medical course is not such type of thing that we can learn, working under a doctor.
However, in our state except big cities, in all places like mandal head quarters also only compounders and PMP'S are giving treatment to all people, some times they are conducting operations in non-hygenic conditions which in many cases leading to the death of the patient.
In India most of the politicians and charitable trusts are concentrating on extrenal things, but they are not concentrating on the root cause of disease. I tried to explain this to social workers and politicians but they are afraid to implement my advise.
My advise is stop un-authorised medical practitioners,(in India most of the AIDS patients are coming from rural areas where no medical facilities are availabla and those who are practicing they are only compounders worked under a doctor. They just have the knowledge of signs and symptoms and few medicines.
If you are conducting any programe on AIDS, please give me a chance to participate in the programme and serve those people who are suffering with this.
I want to start a trust to help those who are suffering with this problem. So I am requesting from all over the world to give me suggestions and help to needy people.
