Welcome guys -
I am searching for a serious discussion in T.P – on motherland.
Hope you guys are serious about it.
We know why India having so many problems.
Corruption, Poverty, Unemployment, illiteracy,.. do you want me to quote more ?
Hope you’ve got it now.
We know why? , every damn know WHY ..WHY..
Why the country is like that,
You can give different reasons with your/our experience,
Again the reasons are over population, politics, uneducated etc…
The list of problems in brief:
1) Politics: Who is actively involving and surviving in politics?
Uneducated, rowdies, faction leaders, contractors
2) IAS / IPS : who suppose to protect the peace and administer with in the country.
What they are doing – whom they are supporting?
Who ever are in power isn’t it.
Very poor in using technology, they may say different reasons.
No accountability,
3) The educated people are not in politics: Who ever are educated and has vision are not actively involving In politics, protecting the peace, on top of that leaving the country.
4) Unemployment: Because of this, there is lot of frustration in the life.
They are doing wrong things, no +ve thinking, ready for violence !,
Hoping for elections in every year, because they can make some money. ( so sad) ,
5) Basic needs: FOOD, WATER, SHELTER, DOCTOR, EDUCATION, ELECTRICIY ,
We know even hydedaraabadii (A. P capital) struggle for water.
6 Illiteracy: These people don’t know what is right,
What is wrong, whom to vote, why vote, how to grow, forget all these things
They don’t know how to protect themselves.
Is anyone know HOW ? How to solve these problems ?

This is what my plan is
- We will discuss more & make it concrete.
Let me start from the reverse order. 'Bottom up approach'
6) Illiteracy: -
We will give the education using pratham.

- Please go through the above web site. And read what they are doing.
- Most cost effective approach. Awarded programs.
5) Basic needs: We can not achieve in a day. So keep it aside for now
But we can do minimal things mobile doctor, water tanks.
Where it takes minimal effort,
4) Unemployment
We will train the educated/ uneducated people between 14yrs to 40 yrs.
According to his/her ability (education and interest) , he can become a
Electrician, carpenter, auto mechanic, computer mechanic,

We will teach them for FREE
3) The educated people are not in politics:
Bring the good people into public,
Ask them to tell / serve, how to live by example,
How they achieved, how they can help in this.
Tell them that we are helping people by giving
( education pratham way and/or training on self / job related courses )
Ask why can't they serve / help the country
How to get our rights.
What is their opinion in resolving various problems?
You can arrange fund raising programs with them.
2) IAS / IPS
Spread the LAW, What is LAW ?
Why we pay TAX, what we suppose to get,
Basic responsibilities.. spread that..
Have user friendly sessions with police in
Colleges, other functions,
Bring them (IAS/IPS ) to public.
1) Politics: This is the cause of all causes.
Politicians or government is capable of doing everything. But they are not doing.
If we involve actively in the above activities, we can participate and win in elections with out money, rowdies support.

Then we can do the TOP down approach.

What I am expecting from you?
You may be NRI or Resident Indian
Can you be a think tank & advisor?
Can you be a volunteer / organizer?
Can you support Money?
To be more specific,
NRI’s will support by money, material, and advice.
Resident Indians: Form a group, think and explain what activity that you are going to support.
Why is that?, how do u identify ?, what kind of results you are expecting.
How much you collected? , How much you are expecting?
How many people are going to benefit out of this.
And for unemployment: Take 2 , 3 courses
(AUTO mechanic / driving, ELECTRICIAN / wiring, winding, COMPUTER MEHANIC/service,)
Translate the material, see what are essential things (Location, staff, practice etc.. ) that we need to train them.
This is my main aim.
Other points are ‘The educated people are not in politics’ and ‘bring the IAS/IPS in public’
Are more public aware programs. That will create a wave, civic sense and involves society.
