Part-1

Dinesh Kulkarni.....he was working for XYZ-TechnoSoft .. a BE Graduate with total 1 . years of experience in Java, was frustrated with the job. Less salary(8KPM) .. more work . added to that .. he was also harassed by his Manager (The Manager use to harass him by asking to work..) .. it was a real sad story ... His team member Jimmy use to get more salary than him(12K) .. Jimmy had just 6months experience..and joined recently ..Who bothers if he is technically more stronger than Dinesh and had a PG degree with him.. This was one more concern for our Dinesh .Poor Guy! . He is just 25 years old .. and these many problems . Parents are asking him to get married ...even he wants to get married soon .. frustrated with the bachelors life .. But .. Salary is less.. what to do .. XYZ-TechnoSoft is not a branded company .. So he decides .. Registers with KONSTER, KOBSAHEAD . etc. Oh my God ..! So many responses . so many companies .it seems all of them want Him to join ... Finally Dinesh Ends up attending some 20-30 Interviews .. At last .. he gets an offer from an MNC . . KNFOSYS ... a very big company ..Branded and known world wide ...he actually demanded for 18K .but was very happy and joined for 15KPM in KNFOSYS and .. Project was also good . Even though .. there were so many processes , documentations for each delivery which he never did earlier. But he was OK Yaaaar . . after all he joined KNFOSYS .. a CMM5 Company .. The team had total 7 persons . all others were having 2-3 years experienced and were getting more than 25KPM -30KPM .. that.s ok! .. after all they are more experienced !

After 5 Months Dinesh was very happy ...with work . and was planning to get married .. Recently he came to know that .. his old friend Jimmy got a chance to onsite from the same company . Oh God . those people Never gave a chance to our Dinesh . Still our guy is happy that his salary is better than Jimmy .. All of a sudden . his dreams went down ..Frustration again started ..Oh God how can this happen? One new person Lallu joined with similar experience from KPROW a well known MNC.. Seems he bargained well and is getting more than 25KPM .. This is too bad for our Dinesh . After all he is our Hero in the Story and he was getting less salary ... Dinesh is now feeling that he could have bargained well before joining .Then he came to know . about the others also .. Pushpa (In KAJ-Project) was having only in 1 year experience and is getting 30K .. MY GOD! .. Why it happens only with our Hero ??? One more stroke . Pawan gets additional bonus of 1 Lack every year..because he is working in SAP .Why not Our Hero ??? He started getting info about all others salary .. It seems he is the only person getting less salary . he feels .these KNFOSYS people have fooled him and making use of his skills(??) for cheaper rate .. He works whole day from morning 8 am till night 10pm ..He spends most of the time for work after his other small activities (Chatting, 20-30 Mails ., Tea, Lunch, Visits to other teams .Dinner(Free from Company)) he is spending almost 13hrs a day .. still getting very less.. Frustration . Frustration .Frustration . Frustration . Frustration . He is unable to concentrate in work .. he gets lots of bugs in his deliveries ..got fired by the Manager...started Smoking/Drinking. At home also .. he reacts badly with his parents .. after all they are responsible for his Birth .. and this situation ..(Don.t know how .. but true.. he feels so ..)

Result = Not Happy, Not Satisfied.
Moral
----------
There is no defined limit for satisfaction in any aspect of our life ..Our Status/Position is influenced by so many factors ..and so best way to be Happy and Healthy is to first be satisfied with what you are. Then judge yourself .. try to see where it is going wrong..Never Ever bother about others Salary ..If some one is getting more than you in the same grade .. it must be because of various aspects . background, Qualification, Experience, Skills, Self-Confidence and self presentation, bargaining skills, Fame of Previous Organization, Current Project requirement .. etc. As a last case . it could be due to his LUCK . Luck and Fate .they do matter, and play a major role in various points in our life.. Trying for a better Opportunity (Within or outside the organization) , Targeting a Better Goal is very good . But Comparing with others mainly in terms of Salary will lead to Dissatisfaction and Frustration and dirty Politics.
