Some of us like Gandhi and some don't. Irrespective of what our personal opinion is, we need to agree that he did SOMETHING for India. If I can analyze that fellow human being, he preached only what he practised.
Let me come straight to the point. Sometime back I read interesting stuff in rediff dairy. One desi went to South Korea and threw a cigarette butt after smoking. It seems a teenager politely took it and left it in dust bin and advised him to use the dustbin next time. No wonder, our desi was stuck.
That dairy left me wondering.. why not we do it in India. Simple and effective. Whenever we find someone throwing away a banana peel or cigarette butt, let's gently hold with some tissue paper or cloth or bare fingers and throw it in some dust bin and politely advise him to use the dust bin. If we can do such thing for a moment, atleast one person will feel for his life and will not dare to do it again.
How many days shall we feel that India is not like singapore or atleast like some american towns. Should we do something?
I am sure most of the readers will read and forget this article but atleast there would be one or two who will dare without shame to act on it. Kudos, people like you can change India.
