Sweet bread puris

Bread slices 9 Wheat flour(atta) ½ cup Milk ½cup Oil 2tbsp Sugar 2cups Soda pinch Coconut powder ½cup Ghee+oil equal quantity forfrying. Filling:- Grated coconut Kismis ½cup Cardamom corsely ground Flour paste water(1tbsp)+flour(½tbsp) Method:- Mix the filling evenly,and keep a side. sugar syrup:-Mix equal quantity of water and sugar and make one string syrup consistancy. For dough:- Place the bread slices in milk(remove the edges). Add atta,oiland soda to afine dough.Knead well. How to assemble?:- Divide walnut size alls(we need 2 balls for each sweet puri!) Rollout thick puris,in each puri place 1tsp of the filling in center,cover with another puri and press the edges using little flour paste. Make all of sweet puris like this. Heat oil mixed ghee, (medium heat), gently leave puris batchwise (3-4). Fry them to crispy golden brown,drain extra oil. Place them in the sugar syrup for 4-5 min.Remove into a wide tray. Sprinkle coconut and cardamom powder over! Handy tips:- If you colour the coconut scrapings and sprinkle,it looks very nice. b)Crush the pista and sprinkle over instead!
